Class Information

Meet your new favorite way to sweat! Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges your strength, endurance, and core like never before - all in a room heated between 70–80 degrees to keep your muscles warm and your body moving. Using slow, controlled movements on the Mini-Former, every muscle is pushed to its limit, leaving you stronger, energized, and coming back for more. Your first class is on us, come try it out!

Lagree Class Guidelines

  • Must unreserve at least 1 hour before class or a $20 no-show fee applies.

  • New to Lagree? Arrive 10 minutes early to get set up on the Mini-Former.

  • No late entry; class starts promptly.

  • Grippy socks are required for every class.
