Sweat has embarked on bringing a cycling revolution to our studio. We have 31 state-of-the-art Stages Cycling Indoor Bicycles with power meters and experienced cycling coaches that design top-notch workouts with Intelligent Cycling software.

Each cycling program is designed to bring a high level of fitness to anyone who takes classes on a regular basis. We are offering several cycling classes everyday so there’s definitely a class to fit everyone’s schedule. Every class includes a warm up, main set of intervals or program, and a cool down. All of our classes are one hour long.

We ask that students show up at least 15 minutes early to secure their bike and make sure it fits them perfectly. You must arrive on time for all cycling classes once the instructor has started the class you will not be able to enter the room. Shoes are required for these classes and we do recommend proper cycling shorts and shoes. We have pedal cages available to use with athletic shoes if you do not have a pair of cycling shoes.

We’ve launched a new cycling platform to enhance your experience with Intelligent Cycling! To track your ride stats, download the app on your smartphone or Apple Watch before class. While the app is optional, it’s the best way to monitor your performance and progress.

Getting Started:
1) Download the app to access your ride stats.
2) Enter your height (cm) and weight (kg)—the app will calculate your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) for personalized training.
3) When you arrive, connect to the power meter ID listed on your bike before turning on the console.
