Getting Started
Q: How do I sign up for a class if it’s my first time at the studio?
Follow these steps to get started:
- Create an account on our website or app. 
- Purchase a package or membership that suits your needs. 
- Book your class: - Go to the class schedule and select the session you want to attend. 
- A seating chart will open with black and gray dots. 
- Click on a black dot to reserve your spot. 
 
Waitlisted classes:
If the class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. The system will email you one hour before the class if a spot becomes available.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Unreserve your spot at least one hour before class if you can’t attend.
For your first class:
Please show up 10–15 minutes early, bring water, a mat, a mat towel, and wear workout clothing. For cycling and circuit strength training classes, you must wear tennis shoes.
Class and Membership Policies
Q: How far in advance can I book?
Students can book classes exactly 10 days in advance.
- Exception: The small group TRX/Strength Training class is bookable 24 hours before the class starts. 
- Unreserve Policy: You must unreserve at least 8 hours before this class begins. 
Q: What is your class cancellation policy?
- Unreserve your spot at least one hour before class if you can’t attend. 
Q: What is your membership cancellation policy?
To cancel your membership, contact Shelly by email, text, or phone.
Studio Facilities and Amenities
Q: Do you have mats, mat towels, and shower towels available?
Yes!
- Mat towels and shower towels are available for rent at $2 each. 
- Mats are available for $3 each. 
Q: How hot are your classes?
Classes range from 100°F to 105°F. Cycling, circuit, and TRX classes are not heated.
Cycling-Specific Information
Q: I’m a new cyclist. What should I know?
We use Stages bikes with power meters. If it’s your first time:
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early so we can set you up properly. 
- Wear athletic shoes or SPD-compatible/delta-look cycling cleats. 
- Padded bike shorts are recommended, but regular workout clothes work too.
