Class Information

The following classes take place in an infrared-heated room, with temperatures ranging from 100 to 105 degrees. The heat helps increase flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote detoxification, making your workouts more effective. Most classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.

Ab and Booty Blast: This one-hour class is designed to make your abs and glutes sizzle! You will use bands, blocks, and weights.

Golden Hour: This yoga class is performed in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. It offers a combination of deep breathing exercises, standing balance postures, deep core work, and spine-strengthening postures set to music.

Hot Barre: Hot Barre will keep you invigorated as you pulse, tuck, and shake through muscle-toning micro-movements. High-energy music will keep you motivated to power through challenging exercises with additional props and equipment. No dance experience needed, but booty shaken’ is!

Sweat Fusion: A fusion of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. This class combines various workout styles to challenge the body in new ways. Expect to sweat, tone, and stretch.

Sweat Hot Pilates: A fun, challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout. The room is heated to 100 degrees, and you have the option to use light weights, resistance bands, and blocks.

Sweat Sculpt/Heavy Weights Slower Movement: This one-hour sweat sculpt class combines heavier weights and slower movements for a full-body strengthening workout. The class is set at 100 degrees. Come prepared to sweat and sculpt!

Sweat Soul Yoga 75: A challenging and fun combination of vinyasa flow and your favorite 26 poses, creating a unique experience for your body and mind. Strength building and healing have never felt so good. This class is 75-minutes long. Get ready to sweat to some tunes and reinvent the way you look at the 26/2 series!

Sweat Ultra Sculpt: This fast-paced class combines cardio exercises with muscle-sculpting exercises using weights and bands. Heated to 100 degrees, this 75-minute session is not recommended for beginners.

Traditional Hot 26: Traditional Hot 26 features a set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 100-110 degrees. This 90-minute class follows the same sequence every time, allowing you to develop and appreciate your physical and mental growth throughout your practice.

Vinyasa: Vinyasa Yoga is performed in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. This invigorating and powerful form of yoga connects breath to movement as participants flow from pose to pose. Designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and mental stamina.

Yin: A quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses for 90 minutes. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue, nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia to promote the healthy flow of chi (energy).
