Sweat Strength Training
At Sweat, we’re dedicated to providing a variety of fitness options to meet our members' needs. We offer multiple strength training classes, giving you plenty of ways to build muscle and tone up. Our Circuit Training classes are led by experienced fitness instructors who know how to help you get the most out of your workout.
Our Circuit Training focuses on specific muscle groups through timed circuits using equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, Assault Treadmills, Assault Rowers, and Assault Airbikes. These classes are designed to perfectly complement our Hot Room and Cycling classes.
Please note: Athletic shoes are required.
Circuit Training: Our traditional circuit training classes are one hour in length and performed under a trainer's supervision to ensure correct form. This class involves endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity interval training, all performed in a circuit. Each circuit consists of completing a series of exercises with set work and rest intervals timed by the trainer.
The trainer will demonstrate each exercise at the start of class and make form corrections as needed. The class moves quickly, making it an effective way to build strength and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
